Changes made in this fork: - Added equity-pack/ directory with zero-budget, admin buy-in, and cold-start sponsorship resources not covered in the original guide - Added scripts/score_calc.py — a Python score aggregation utility - Added schemas/ — JSON schema for score calculator input validation - Added .github/ — CI workflows and issue templates - Filled in empty sections from the original (e.g., working-with-organisations-and-school-administration.md)
